What we look for

Mission-Driven Problem Solvers. The aerospace frontier demands ingenuity. We want engineers who approach challenges with curiosity, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and stay focused on delivering the best solution for the mission.

Total Ownership. We seek engineers who take full responsibility for delivering flight-ready work while recognizing that no one succeeds alone. The best engineers make their teammates better, knowing that complementary skills create force multiplication and drive mission success.

Description

Long Wall’s Engineering Interns enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and being an integral part of their team. There is no lack of challenging work and opportunities to learn. Interns at Long Wall accept being responsible for tasks and are held accountable to other engineers and leadership. If being part of a grounded team and taking on roles in the design, development, qualification, build, and flight of your hardware sounds interesting, Long Wall is where you need to be.
