This role will play a key part in supporting our event and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Event Marketing Specialist, the Event Marketing Intern will assist in planning and executing our participation in both third-party and company-hosted events, with a focus on driving sales pipeline growth across the Americas region.</p> <p>ROLE:&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual eager to learn more about marketing and event planning. The internship provides meaningful, hands-on experience and the chance to develop new skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>As part of the team, you will support the Event Marketing Specialist and Field Marketing Managers by assisting with pre- and post-event planning, coordination, and reporting across all events.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with ordering, inventory management, and shipping of booth furniture, event supplies, banners, swag, and marketing collateral for third-party and regional events</li> <li>Support the submission, tracking, and coordination of event contracts and purchase requisitions</li> <li>Manage swag inventory and fulfillment using the Reachdesk platform</li> <li>Manage and distribute the monthly internal events newsletter</li> <li>Update and maintain the events page on the company website</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></p> <p>If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:</p> <p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; senior standing preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to track inventory, budgets, and logistics accurately</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with marketing or event platforms (ex: CRM systems, or swag platforms like Reachdesk) a plus</li> <li>Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT HAPPENS NEXT</strong></p> <p>If your application fits this specific position’s needs, our skilled Talent team will reach out to schedule an initial screening call. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</p> <p>Title: Marketing Event Intern</p> <p>Base Range minimum: $22/hour</p> <p>Base Range maximum: $25/hour</p> <p>Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance.
