What are your contributions to the team?

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops.
  • Assist individual initiatives with strategic schedule planning and progress tracking.
  • Provide process mapping support to initiatives.
  • Establish regular follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget adherence for all initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly or monthly progress reports. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program.
  • You have completed at least two years of the program.
  • You have experience or have taken courses in project management.
  • You have a strong interest in innovation and technology development.
  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You are highly motivated, curious, and independent. 
  • You demonstrate strong abilities to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and can take the lead when required. 
  • You have good communication and presentation skills. 
  • You are familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • You have experience with project management tools such as MS Project.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
