What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing e-commerce and marketing operations
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly operational performance reports
  • Translate and localize global marketing email content for the Korean market
  • Support customer excellence activities, including return and refund processing as required


What the team is looking for:
  • Strong collaboration skills, including clear and concise communication and effective stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in e-commerce operations and digital marketing execution
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-growing e-commerce environment
  • Ability to support website optimization, CRM setup, marketing content localization, customer experience improvement, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Fluency in English and Korean
