What you do
You’ll be a vital part of the branch team, with responsibilities including:
Promoting and cross-selling OCBC Frank Debit Card and Accounts to new customers.
Assisting customers with Tuition Fee Loan/Study Loan applications.
Building lasting relationships through proactive customer engagement.
Educating customers on convenient self-service options like mobile app and online banking.
Supporting branch marketing campaigns and roadshows.
Performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adhering to all relevant policies and compliance regulations.
