What you do

You’ll be a vital part of the branch team, with responsibilities including:

  • Promoting and cross-selling OCBC Frank Debit Card and Accounts to new customers.

  • Assisting customers with Tuition Fee Loan/Study Loan applications.

  • Building lasting relationships through proactive customer engagement.

  • Educating customers on convenient self-service options like mobile app and online banking.

  • Supporting branch marketing campaigns and roadshows.

  • Performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Adhering to all relevant policies and compliance regulations.
