About the Role
Overview

In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), Capital One is proud to host the 2026 Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program, which will take place in mid-July 2026.

The Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program will provide 100 selected students with an immersive personal, professional, and technical development experience led by Capital One associates and mentors. Scholars will participate in a five-day, in-person immersion centered on career exploration, leadership development, and exposure to Capital One’s culture and business areas.

Throughout the program, students will work closely with designated Capital One mentors who will provide guidance, insight, and support as participants collaborate on a culminating capstone project, which they will present at the conclusion of the immersion experience.

At Capital One, diversity, inclusion, and belonging are core to who we are. We believe that an inclusive culture—one that values diverse perspectives and lived experiences, drives collaboration, fuels innovation, and empowers associates to do their best work. By fostering an environment where individuals can bring their most authentic selves, Capital One continues to build a workplace where talent from all backgrounds can thrive.
