Job Description

Looking to gain real-world experience in supply chain and data analysis? As a Procurement Planning Intern, you’ll work with live business data and support the planning activities that keep our operations moving. You’ll learn how materials are planned, purchased, and managed while collaborating with teams across procurement, production, and logistics. This is a hands-on opportunity to build practical skills using ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools in a global manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with procurement and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Run and maintain inventory and planning reports using Excel and other tools
  • Help plan selected part numbers by balancing demand, supply, and lead times
  • Support projects focused on reducing excess and obsolete inventory
  • Participate in root cause analysis and help develop action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics
  • Present findings and insights in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Interest in learning ERP/MRP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
