About the Role

Job Summary

  • Collects and records new patient information.
  • Schedules initial and ongoing physical rehabilitation treatments for 10+ therapists over a multi-line telephone and in person.
  • Greets patients and visitors to the department.
  • Checks patient in on arrival to the department.
  • Performs clerical duties on outpatient chart.
  • Logs statistical information utilized for performance improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining the department and treatment areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Maintains supplies necessary for daily operation of the clinic/department.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School or equivalent GED.
  • Familiar with a computer.

Experience

  • Prefer 1 year of clerical experience in an office.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

 

Compensation

  • $13.21-$21.58/hr depending on previous work experience.
