About the Role

Job Description

Job Title: KHMS Intern
Location: GCC Ahmedabad
Department: GBS KHMS
Reports To: Assistant Manager - GBS KHMS
What is KHMS?
KHMS stands for Kraft Heinz Management System - our enterprise-wide framework for
driving Operational Excellence across Global Business Services (GBS). It is a structured
approach that ensures teams work in a standardized, disciplined, and outcome-driven
way, enabling efficiency, clarity, and sustainability in operations.
KHMS combines governance, capability building, and cultural transformation to create a
consistent way of working across all towers. It’s not just about processes, it’s about
empowering teams to deliver better, faster, and smarter.
Impact of KHMS
• Enterprise Transformation: KHMS is the backbone of how Kraft Heinz scales
operational excellence globally.
• Efficiency Gains: It reduces inefficiencies, strengthens controls, and improves
clarity in day-to-day operations.
• Leadership Influence: KHMS insights shape leadership decisions and strategic
priorities.
• Future-Ready Workforce: By embedding KHMS, we build capabilities that prepare
teams for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
About the Role
The KHMS Intern supports Coaches in deploying, tracking, and sustaining KHMS practices
across teams. This role focuses on coordination, data management, and generating
insights to ensure smooth rollout and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and consolidate KHMS health check data; prepare reports, dashboards, and
perform trend analysis or KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Review responses for inconsistencies and track maturity progress.
• Coordinate with GPLs, Tower Leads, and Team Leads; follow up on actions and
ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Send post-deployment communications, track homework, and maintain closure
records.
• Provide first-level support for IO App queries; track tickets and coordinate
resolution with internal/external teams.
• Assist in technical requirement gathering and configuration tracking with external
partners.
• Create and maintain training materials, repositories, and support enablement
sessions; collect feedback.
• Analyze health check results, identify trends, and prepare insight-driven
presentations for leadership.
• Maintain trackers, document best practices, and support audits, workshops,
and sustainability initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
• Skilled in creating structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Familiar with process documentation and governance concepts (preferred).
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Organized, disciplined, and deadline-driven.
Learning Exposure for Interns
• End-to-end exposure to enterprise-level operational excellence systems.
• Experience in deployment governance, sustainability models, and digital tools.
• Direct interaction with Leadership Team, and external partners.
• Practical understanding of how management systems are scaled and sustained in a
global organization.
Why Join Us?
• Joining KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) is an opportunity to be at the heart
of how GBS works and improves every day.
• This is an opportunity to shape the future of Operational Excellence at Kraft
Heinz, empower teams, and create lasting impact through capability building and
cultural transformation.
• As part of KHMS, you are not just supporting a function - you are shaping the way
work gets done across towers, influencing leadership decisions, and building long
term, sustainable ways of working.
What makes KHMS exciting?
1. Enterprise-wide exposure: Work closely with multiple towers, senior leaders, and
global stakeholders. Few roles offer this level of visibility across GBS.
2. Real impact, not slideware: KHMS is about practical execution - fixing real
problems, improving clarity, reducing inefficiencies, and strengthening controls.
3. Be a change enabler: You will coach teams to move from ad-hoc working to
standard, disciplined, and outcome-driven operations.
4. Build future-ready skills: Develop strong capabilities in operational excellence,
stakeholder management, coaching, governance, and transformation delivery.
5. Thought leadership role: KHMS coaches are trusted advisors - not auditors, not
admins. You influence how leaders think, review, and decide.
6. High learning curve, high ownership: Every tower is different. You learn fast,
experiment, adapt, and leave behind a better system than what you found.
