Job Description

The Sales Support Intern will play a critical role in supporting our Field Sales team by assisting with day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, cross-functional collaboration, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the field sales team running efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Senior Field Sales Operations Manager to assist with daily needs from the Field Sales team
  • Serve as a point of support for day-to-day questions from the field sales team, helping to route requests and provide timely assistance
  • Support ongoing sales initiatives and operational projects as needed
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and internal trackers related to sales activities, inventory, and team resources
  • Submit and track product sample requests for the Field Sales team
  • Assist with data organization and accuracy to ensure smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Ship items from HQ to field sales team members as needed
  • Assist with new hire apparel orders, including set-up, ordering, and distribution
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in field sales, merchandising, and marketing within the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and participate in ride-alongs.
