As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Capital Markets teams to help define, build, and launch products that advance Pagaya’s mission and strategic priorities.</p> <p>This role is designed for MBA students who are excited to own problems end-to-end, translate complex business needs into product solutions, and drive measurable impact in a fast-growing global fintech environment.</p> <h2><strong>Internship Outcomes</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on experience in product management at a high-growth global fintech company</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of Pagaya’s products, platforms, and end users</li> <li>Lead a high-impact product initiative aligned with company-wide priorities</li> <li>Build strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, data science, and business leaders</li> <li>Position yourself for conversion into a full-time Product Manager role<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support the development and execution of Pagaya’s product strategy and roadmap</li> <li>Identify customer and business problems, define product requirements, and propose data-driven solutions</li> <li>Partner with engineering, data science, and capital markets teams to translate requirements into executable plans</li> <li>Write clear product specifications, user stories, and success metrics</li> <li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery to inform product decisions</li> <li>Analyze product performance and business impact using quantitative and qualitative insights</li> <li>Participate in agile ceremonies and help drive projects from concept through launch</li> <li>Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing an MBA or relevant graduate degree from an accredited university, with graduation in <strong>2026</strong></li> <li>Available to work part time at least 20 hours per week</li> <li>Ability to work from our Midtown Manhattan office at least 2 days a week</li> <li>Authorized to work for a United States employer<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong product mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically</li> <li>Experience in product management, consulting, technology, fintech, or data-driven roles (pre-MBA or during MBA)</li> <li>Comfort working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes</li> <li>Familiarity with agile development processes and cross-functional product teams</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and ownership</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Additional Information</strong></h2> <p>This is a <strong>paid, hourly internship</strong> with a minimum commitment of <strong>20 hours per week</strong>. The position is not eligible for overtime pay. Interns are not eligible for most company benefit plans during the internship, though eligibility for the Company’s medical plan may apply in accordance with plan terms.
