FGS Global comprises approximately 1,300 professionals across major financial, business, and cultural centers worldwide.</p> <p><strong>About the Program</strong><br>Our Toronto office is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented candidate for a full-time summer internship. As an intern, you will work with FGS Longview’s roster of clients across strategic, corporate, and financial communications while gaining meaningful hands-on experience.</p> <p>This is a 10-week paid internship ($21.00/hour) beginning June 2nd and ending August 6th. This role is an in-person opportunity in Toronto.</p> <p>Depending on performance and business needs, a full-time opportunity following successful completion of the internship program may be available.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>As part of the intern program, you will:<br></strong>- Learn and Develop Skills: Participate in training covering strategic communications, including M&amp;A, crisis management, shareholder activism, government affairs, investor relations, and more.<br>- Support Clients: Monitor news, conduct research, draft materials, build media lists, and support colleagues on client engagements.<br>- Collaborate and Create: Work with fellow interns across the US and Canada on a mock new business pitch.</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026 or 2027<br>- Eagerness and desire to learn<br>- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and grammatical skills <br>- Highly collaborative, with an ability to work well in teams<br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel<br>- Interest in business, finance, communications, and/or public affairs. <br>- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines<br>- Excellent interpersonal skills and a “how can I help” attitude&nbsp;</p> <p>FGS Longview is committed to employment equity and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
