About the Role

What will you do?

  • Assist and collaborate in different projects related to IT Digital Architecture/IT Demand Management.
  • Will help to support the IT Demand Management process.
  • Help to support and maintain our VivaEngage Site and other internal sites. Act like community manager for those.
  • Training material design.
  • Innovation investigations of new technologies. 
  • Help to support a community of users for IT Demand Management process

Who will you report to?

  • Distinguished, Global Enterprise Architect

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • You are student of Software Engineering, Systems Administration, Information technologies or any field related.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week in the mornings on site. 
  • Graduating in June 2027 of later.
  • Interest in Web Design, Training Material Design, Community Management, Enterprise Architecture or Software Architecture, etc
  • Interest in IT Operations and support
  • Interest in Software development, Basic Programing Skills, Reporting Skills, Copilot Skills.
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Advanced English (Writing and Speaking)  
  • Hybrid role: Location can be in Punto Valle or PIIT (Apodaca) office
