We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Brand Operations Intern to join our Brand Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional brand initiatives, process optimization, and project coordination within a fast-paced, growing luxury lifestyle brand.

Role Overview

The Brand Operations Intern will support the Brand Operations team in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives that elevate Lucchese’s brand presence and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, curious, and eager to learn how brand strategy translates into operational workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in project management and cross-departmental collaboration within a heritage-driven, premium retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables for cross-functional brand projects
  • Help prepare project trackers, status updates, and meeting notes to ensure teams remain aligned and meet deadlines
  • Support in coordinating with marketing, creative, e-commerce, product development, and retail teams

Brand Operations

  • Participate in process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency
  • Support the successful execution of promotional campaigns and product launches

Research & Analysis

  • Gather insights on workflow tools, systems, and best practices for project management in consumer brands
  • Assist with reporting and post-product launch analysis to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (ie Airtable) is a plus
