About the Role

Job Summary:

Lucchese Bootmaker is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sponsorships & Events Intern to support the planning and execution of sponsorship programs and event activations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sponsorships & Events, this role will provide day-to-day support across event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and reporting, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams including Brand, Corporate Sales, Sponsorships, Events, Product, and Retail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of sponsorship activations, pop-ups, and local store events

• Provide on-site support for events, including setup, load-in/load-out, and event day operations

• Assist Corporate Sales and Local Marketing teams when additional support is needed

• Help manage product logistics including inventory pulls, shipping coordination, and returns

• Support sports sponsorship initiatives by tracking assets, deliverables, and timelines

• Format presentations, recap decks, and internal reports

• Maintain project trackers and update Airtable or similar tools to support team workflows

• Research and coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely execution

• Assist with special, quick-turn projects as needed

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and professional communication skills; confident working with internal and external partners

• Solution-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative and learn

• Deep appreciation for luxury, heritage, and craftsmanship—and an intuitive understanding of Lucchese’s consumer and positioning.

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university

• Major in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred

• Prior internship, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required
