Real impact.</p> <p><strong>YOUR ROLE: ACCOUNT SERVICES INTERN</strong></p> <p>As an Account Services Intern, you'll be the dynamic link between our clients and the agency. Your role is a symphony of multitasking, where you'll deftly handle multiple priorities, forging strong relationships with your collaborators across strategy, creative, and production. Your knack for follow-up ensures the seamless progression of various projects, making you the essential heartbeat of our client-agency partnership. Get ready to dive into a world where every interaction propels the success of our projects and strengthens our client connections.</p> <p><strong>YOUR MISSION&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Account Executives and Account Directors in the day‑to‑day management of client work</li> <li>Help keep projects moving smoothly by tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps</li> <li>Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and external partners to ensure clear communication and follow‑through</li> <li>Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and production follow‑ups across print, digital, and integrated projects</li> <li>Prepare status updates, meeting recaps, and internal documentation to keep everyone aligned</li> <li>Build confidence working directly with clients through thoughtful communication and attention to detail</li> <li>Take ownership of smaller projects under the guidance of senior team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR EXPERTISE</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business, or a related field — or equivalent experience</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities at once</li> <li>Interest in how creative ideas move from brief to execution</li> <li>Familiarity with digital and print workflows, or a strong desire to learn</li> <li>Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable when it comes to follow‑ups</li> <li>Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working with different personalities and disciplines</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR CONDITIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Work 35 hours per week, leaving you time to enjoy life outside of work</li> <li>Work in beautiful downtown offices</li> <li>Collaborate with incredible, diverse, creative, and smart colleagues</li> <li>Be part of a culture that values diversity and inclusion, where every voice matters</li> <li>Participate in various activities: parties, yoga, happy hours, lunch and learn sessions</li> <li>Enjoy meals with our bistro that provides (on the house) breakfast and snacks, in addition to a free lunch on Tuesdays</li> <li>Learn from your first day thanks to Sid Lee University, with 3 mornings of training to kickstart your adventure</li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR APPLICATION</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for interns who bring something unexpected to the table.
