Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in planning (UAT test cases and UAT test plan) and executing UAT activities.

• Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet the requirements.

• Support Research & Development (R&D) initiatives to improve platform performance and scalability.

• Explore, evaluate, and requirement AI tools into the Razer Gold Distribution Hub to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

• Prepared AI-driven automation solutions for operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the technical aspects of the platform.

• Provide support in user training sessions and help document user manuals and guides.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and metrics.

• Participate in regular team meetings.

Pre-Requisites :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software development, testing processes and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.

• Proactive, strategic and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team

• Great written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold is an advantage.
