What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Policy Lifecycle Support: Assist the Group Policy Manager in the ongoing management of Group-wide policies – from planning and execution of policy forums to maintaining a comprehensive policy inventory and ensuring timely policy attestation.
  • Data & Reporting Support: Contribute to policy-related data analysis and reporting, gaining practical experience in using data to inform risk management decisions. Support new initiatives focused on enhancing our policy framework.
  • Technology Implementation: Play a role in the exciting eGRC 2.0 (Policy Management Module) project, assisting with user requirements gathering and functional specification documentation – a fantastic opportunity to learn about cutting-edge risk management technology.
  • Learning & Development Support: Maintain and update training quizzes, procedures, and records, contributing to the continuous learning and development of our teams.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned, broadening your understanding of the Group Risk Policy function.

You’ll work closely with the Group Policy team, a collaborative group committed to maintaining a robust and effective risk governance framework.
