The opportunity
 

Join our Employer Branding team and help shape how we show up in the talent market. As an Employer Brand Intern, you’ll create content that brings our culture to life across social media, job boards, and digital channels. You’ll also support our University Relations efforts, helping us connect with students and build brand awareness on campuses across North America. You’ll collaborate with our brand team and creative agency to develop engaging assets and messaging. You’ll get hands-on experience capturing photos and videos, writing compelling copy, and designing visuals that reflect our values. You’ll work in a hybrid model—some days in our Raleigh office, some remote—and be part of a team that values fresh ideas and bold storytelling.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Create content for social media, job boards, and internal channels

  • Write copy that reflects our brand voice and attracts top talent

  • Capture and edit photos and videos of events and employee stories

  • Partner with our agency and brand team to develop creative assets

  • Support campaign planning and execution

  • Help manage our content calendar and posting schedule

  • Assist with planning and organizing university career fairs

  • Attend local career fairs to represent our brand and engage students

  • Contribute to building brand awareness on campus
     

Your background

  • Rising junior or senior obtaining their bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or master’s student with one year left before graduating.

  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Proven experience with copywriting, social media, and project management

  • Comfortable capturing and editing photo/video content

  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

  • Effective working within a team

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
