About the Role

Firmware Engineering 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a team member within the New Product Development Engineering group providing embedded software testing and design support for new and existing medical devices
  • Conduct product verification testing and generate test reports
  • Integrate and troubleshoot embedded software within hardware platforms


Qualifications: 

  • Education: Pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Possess a solid foundation in computer science theory, with emphasis in programming 
  • Experience with ANSI C or C++ programming language
  • Fundamental knowledge of circuit design
  • Strong communications skills, both written & verbal
  • Familiarity with the MS office applications
  • Pluses:
    1. Working knowledge of real time operating systems
    2. Experience with .NET, Labview, or Delphi
