AI Visual Content Specialist or AI Visual Architect (Jewelry & Luxury) internship

The Vibe:

We are reinventing how luxury jewelry is sold. We don’t just take photos; we build digital worlds. You will be the person who uses AI to create ''stunning models and dream-like locations'' where our real jewelry lives.

What You’ll Do (The Simple Version):

1. Prompt & Create: Use AI platform to create high-end models and backgrounds.

2. The ''Perfect Fit'': Use Photoshop to put our real jewelry onto these AI models. It must look 100% real—no ''fake'' or ''glitchy'' vibes.

3. Design for Social: Turn these images into ''Save-worthy'' Instagram Carousels.

4. Prep for Video: Create the ''base images'' that our video editors will turn into moving AI Reels.

Tools You Must Own (Skillset):

● AI Wizardry: You know how to talk to AI (Prompt Engineering) to get exactly the face, lighting, and mood we want.

● Design Pro: Photoshop is your playground (specifically Generative Fill and Retouching). Canva is your go-to for quick, aesthetic layouts.

● Aesthetic Eye: You understand luxury. You know what ''expensive'' looks like.

Focus Area                                    What you are responsible for

1. The AI Library                             Building a massive bank of AI models and backgrounds for our 4 themes (Bridal,                                                         Office, Festive, Party).

2. High-End Retouching                 Making sure the transition between the real jewelry and the AI model is seamless                                                         (Shadows, skin texture, placement).

3. Content Ready Assets                Delivering the ''raw materials'' (Images & Carousels) so the rest of the team can                                                            post them.

How We Measure Your Success (KPIs)

Every weekly, we look at these 5 things:

1. The ''Daily 3'': Can you consistently provide assets for 3 stories a day and the weekly post schedule?

2. Realism Check: Do the images look like a high-budget photoshoot? (Goal: Zero ''AI-glitches'').

3. Speed: Can you turn a ''Brief'' into a ''Final Image'' within 24–48 hours?

4. The ''Save'' Factor: Are people saving our Carousels on Instagram? (This proves your design is ''Aesthetic'').

5. Organization: Are your files named and saved in the right Google Drive folders so the editors don't have to hunt for them?

Simplified Checklist for this Role

The Setup

● Create the ''Brand Lookbook'' (Decide which AI faces represent Tarasri).

● Test 1: Take one photo of a necklace and ''place'' it on an AI model perfectly.

● Create 15 ''Backgrounds'' for the upcoming Bridal shoot

● Design 2 ''Coming Soon'' Carousels using only AI assets.

● Finalize the ''Prompt Cheat Sheet'' (The specific words that work best for our jewelry style).

* Time Utilization: Use free or non-peak hours productively for value-added creative work, AI asset enhancement, or prompt experimentation.

* Flexible Involvement: Support additional creative initiatives or experiments beyond assigned tasks when required.

* Growth Mindset: Actively learn new tools and be open to expanded responsibilities as the brand grows.
