About the Role

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EMEA Reseller Partnerships Intern to support the Reseller Partnerships team across multiple markets in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role provides hands-on exposure to partner management, commercial operations, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. The intern will work closely with Partner Managers and support day-to-day operational and analytical tasks related to reseller performance, pipeline tracking, and partner enablement.

Partner & Performance Support

  • Support the tracking of reseller performance across EMEA markets (revenue, pipeline, activations, risks & opportunities)
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reseller business reviews and reporting
  • Help maintain partner performance trackers and dashboards (e.g. Salesforce, spreadsheets)

Operational & Process Support

  • Support partner onboarding, enablement materials, and internal documentation
  • Assist with coordination of partner requests (campaign execution, access requests, escalations follow-ups)
  • Help ensure data accuracy and process consistency across partners and markets

Commercial & Strategic Support

  • Support pipeline tracking and new business initiatives with resellers
  • Assist in preparing internal summaries, presentations, and executive updates
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and business planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
  • Support communication between internal stakeholders and reseller partners when needed

Who You Are:

Must-Have

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured reporting
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Interest in digital advertising, adtech, e-commerce, or partnerships
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) or strong willingness to learn
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
