Responsibilities:

Financial & Procurement Tasks:

  • Handle requests for new vendors and obtain quotes from them

  • Process AMEX credit card statements

Travel Meetings & Events:

  • Book business travel

  • Coordinate and fully organize engaging learning sessions from start to finish

  • Create and send farewell cards

IT, Software, Systems:

  • Order iPhones & contract orders

  • Manage the contract lifecycle by maintaining and updating the database

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or equivalent institution

  • Strong command of English

  • Strong command of the MS Office Suite
