About the Role
<p style="text-align:justify;">C-Care is currently looking for a HR Intern to be based at C-Care Corporate Office, in Mauritius for a period of 4 months.</p><div><br></div><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;">| HR Intern</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the selected candidate will provide essential support to the Human Resources department by assisting in daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, events, and internal communications, ensuring efficient processes aligned with C-Care Mauritius’ strategic objectives.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><div><b><u>What you will be doing:</u></b></div><ul><li>Provide support in clearing the back log in the department.</li><li>Collect and consolidate HR data for reporting and record-keeping.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities and HR events.</li><li>Provide support with attendance tracking and general HR operations.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><b><u>What are we looking for?</u></b></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.</li><li>Strong interest in HR practices and employee management.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><b>Location:&nbsp;</b>C-Care Corporate Office, Moka, Mauritius</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Management reserves the right to call only the best candidates for an interview.
