Quality Intern - Your future position?

As the Quality Intern , you will perform assigned tasks and shadow senior colleagues within the Quality department to gain knowledge and experience in a specific area, according to the learning plan and company needs. You will report to the Quality Manager while being based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

• Assist senior colleagues with daily tasks, including raw material to finished goods inspection, to build knowledge of organizational processes.
• Participate in Food Safety, Quality, Safety & Health, and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Perform assigned tasks according to instructions, seeking clarification when needed.
• Actively suggest solutions and offer help when required.
• Observe experienced colleagues to learn departmental methods, procedures, and standards.
• Gain exposure to FSQ programs such as Food Safety, HACCP, auditing, lab instrumentation, pre-requisite programs, product inspection, supplier and external manufacturing, and related project work.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree / University student with a background in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech, or a similar field in Sciences.
• Additional work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong eagerness to learn with a curious mindset, unafraid to ask questions.
• Digital savvy with strong computer literacy skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Able to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
