Purpose & Responsibilities of Position:
 
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Ensure appropriate contract management; drafting, execution and filing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract execution.
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Limited business analytics packaging and presentation to internal stakeholders

•    Applicants for the internship should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field

•    Currently a rising junior or senior or Master's or PhD student with a GPA of at least 3.0

•    Good experience using, Microsoft Office, Forms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Storyline 

•    The tasks require teamwork, good communication skills and willingness to learn and work with new computer software
•    Following an initial training period it is expected that tasks are executed independently with little supervision. Time management, prioritizing and scheduling skills are important

•    Willingness to take initiative with multiple tasks and projects

 

At the completion of the internship the intern will be required to present the results of their activities to the senior leadership at Grifols
