Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern – Credit Management Intern, from May to August 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.

The ITC Credit Intern is mainly responsible for supporting the Credit team in assessing the credit risk of the customers for specific business MRCs and markets serviced by JNJ Global Services- Manila. This position reports to the Credit Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the customer credit risk assessment process, review customer credit condition based on local business, sales forecast, credit agency report, financial statement analysis, bank collateral, and other available information.
  • Support in assessing and releasing blocked sales order.
  • Support in updating credit limit and risk category of customers in the system.
  • Lead a project (standardization, optimization or documentation of processes) with guidance of the Credit Team.
  • Help Credit Team with their engagement and fostering activities.

Qualifications  

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses 
  • Good command of English, both oral and written 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  
  • Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure 
  • Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment 
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
