Position Summary

The Product Success Intern will support the Product Success Team at Opus IVS by assisting in data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on ensuring accurate service reporting, investigating discrepancies, and helping maintain a high standard of product delivery and customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing and maintaining accurate reporting to support invoice and service delivery.
  • Help develop and update documentation for product integration processes, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product Success Managers, Project Manager, Key Account Managers) to gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to project planning and tracking, including risk identification and progress updates on Monday.com
  • Investigate data discrepancies and work with the Product Success Team to identify resolutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
