Core Responsibilities
The apprentice will assist with indirect supervision tasks for assigned clients, conduct therapy sessions, and support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by providing training to staff and caregivers. Responsibilities also include assisting the BCBA with parent communications, analyzing client data, researching relevant literature, and overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

 

Qualifications:

  • Required: Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation)
  • Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • Required: Reliable transportation.
  • Required: Minimum of 60% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
