JOB SUMMARY

CPPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including onboarding support, records management, employee engagement, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in learning about HR functions and employment practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to HRIS a plus.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing employee records and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing HR materials.
  • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries and route complex matters to HR staff.
  • Assist with employee engagement efforts (e.g., wellness programs, events).
  • Help prepare materials for HR initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR team.
