<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Location</strong>: Immerse yourself in our innovative culture! This role requires a commitment of 4 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA as well as full-time hours (40 hours a week).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Duration:</strong> 10-11 weeks (May 26 to August 7 OR June 22 to August 28)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Relocation Support:</strong> A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Compensation:</strong> Earn an hourly rate of $25-35 USD per hour.</span></li>

<p>We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Ops Intern to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is eager to develop foundational sales and business operations skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience in CRM management, sales operations, lead qualification, and customer engagement while supporting high-impact initiatives.</p>
<h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong></h2>

<li>Sales Development & Customer Engagement
<ul>
<li>Lead Identification & Outreach: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through targeted research and outreach.</li>
<li>Customer Engagement: Call potential customers to engage, qualify leads, and nurture early-stage relationships.</li>
<li>Sales Support: Support the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals.</li>
</ul>

<li>Market Research & Product Alignment
<ul>
<li>Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.</li>
<li>Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and articulate how they align with market demands and solve customer problems.</li>
</ul>

<li>Sales Operations & Administration
<ul>
<li>CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.</li>
<li>System Administration: Perform regular CRM administration tasks, including data entry, updating contact information, and generating essential reports for the sales team.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Support critical Sales Operations functions, including assisting with the system build-out of new sales tools and providing support for month-end close activities to ensure accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Project Management: Provide general project management support by tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute directly to achieving team goals.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h2><strong>Required Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for CRM and Sales Ops responsibilities.</li>
<li>Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite) is a significant plus.</li>
<li>Mindset: A positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
