Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury group. A play on the words “can do”, Kendo has become the hub of creativity and next generation beauty product development for global Sephora channels and selective retailers outside of Sephora.

SUMMER 2026 INTERNSHIP       

Ready to kickstart your career in beauty? Join Kendo Brands paid 10-week Summer Internship. Dive into a real project, become part of a dynamic team and explore career paths in a top beauty brand incubator.  You’ll get face time with senior leadership, networking opportunities, and receive regular feedback to help you grow. You will also get an opportunity to learn more about LVMH and Kendo’s role in the luxury world. Earn $24/hour while gaining invaluable experience.

Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2026 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 6th or June 23rd to August 27th. For Summer 2026, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday.    

  

SUMMARY  

The Ecommerce & Digital intern at Kendo will be supporting various parts of the Digital organization. This will be a great opportunity to explore and learn about multiple facets of the Digital business, with special attention to the importance of communication cross-functional collaboration, and documentation.  

   

RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Own social commerce and e-commerce competitive analysis project to be researched, developed, and presented by the end of the program. Project will provide business recommendations and insights that our teams can integrate into our ongoing strategy.   
  • Support day-to-day executional business support, to include supporting promo or product setup on TikTok Shop and site, digital merchandising, project management, process documentation, etc.  
  • Support the team with ad hoc digital tasks which could include data collection, creative project management, creative content uploads, and digital shop experience quality checks.  
  • Support in obtaining content needs for special projects from cross-functional partners such as Education, Influencer, Social, and Creative teams.  
  • Support in process and tool documentation for cross-functional use.  

   

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Rising junior, senior, or 2026 graduate of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. (Marketing or related field)  
  • Interest in the beauty industry, ecommerce, and digital marketing with previous relevant internship/work/project experience a plus  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent follow-through and task completion  
  • Strong team player, ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams  
  • Creative problem solver with sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  
  • Experience with a Work Management tool such as Asana, Workfront a plus
