<b>Overview</b> <br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A Site Reliability intern works with the team with a focus on developing and rolling out tools to provide visibility on the workings of the production trading network. The candidate will be guided and assisted by<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;"> senior infrastructure engineers</span> engineers and have the opportunity to see applications go from initial specification to full production.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><br><b>What we're looking for</b><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Technical: </span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">- You will be studying towards a degree in a computer related discipline </span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">- A good level of understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">- Familiarity with networking technologies such as switching and routing</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">-<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;">Familiarity with an object oriented language like Java/C# desirable</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">-Familiarity with hardware internals, such as RAID, RAM, Busses, NICs & CPU architecture</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">• Problem Solver: When it comes to solving problems, you use clear and sound reasoning.
