About the Role

iSchool is excited to offer a Customer Support Chat Internship for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the e-learning industry. As a Customer Support Chat Intern, you will assist our customer support team in providing exceptional service to students, parents, and educators through online chat. This internship is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about technology and education, allowing you to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to our e-learning platform.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and guide users through the registration process.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for team review.
  • Support the customer support team in maintaining a positive user experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or relevant coursework in communication, education, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn about e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required.
