We are looking for summer interns who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to our team. This program offers meaningful, hands‑on experience and the chance to develop industry‑relevant skills while working on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of tenant engagement programs and tenant sustainability data management 

• Assist in data collection, analysis, copywriting, and visualisation for the SEWIT report and related publicity materials 

• Conduct research on various ESG topics to drive sustainability and support studies on nature-related risk and opportunity 

• Identify market trends and provide insights to foster social innovation 

• Assist in organizing community engagement projects and quantify social value using impact measurement frameworks (e.g., Social Return on Investment)  

• Facilitate Net Zero and TCFD-aligned climate efforts across business streams 

Requirements 

• Undergraduates preferably in Social Science, Environmental Science, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, or other related disciplines  

• Passionate in the field of sustainability, innovation, and doing good 

• Participation in extra-curricular activities e.g. student-led organizations and volunteering 

• Experience in social start-ups would be a plus 

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
