About The Mills Fabrica

The Mills Fabrica is a collaborative platform for accelerating sustainability-focused tech innovations in the techstyle and agrifood sectors. Its venture capital fund, business incubator, impact retail store Fabrica X, and spaces across Hong Kong and London support innovations from different growth stages.

Grown out of Hong Kong’s Nan Fung Group’s textile legacy, The Mills Fabrica, through its capital, connections, and expertise, is on a mission to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, and corporates to create positive environmental and social impact for generations.

We are looking for summer interns who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to our team. This program offers meaningful, hands‑on experience and the chance to develop industry‑relevant skills while working on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Create basic content: Assist in producing marketing materials, social media posts, invitations, website updates, eDMs and Fabrica X online shop content, while supporting day-to-day operations

• Explore marketing tools: Familiarize yourself with essential platforms like Mailchimp (for email campaigns), Meta Business Suite (for social scheduling and ads), Google Analytics (for basic performance tracking), and related tools

• Help with events: Support planning, organization and execution of physical and virtual activities, including Fabrica X events, student/corporate visits and external showcases

• Aid market research: Assist with research for strategic initiatives to better understand Hong Kong's startup ecosystem and key players

Requirements

• Undergraduates preferably in Marketing, Business, Business Management, or other related disciplines

• Strong interest in the startup field, entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, impact investing industry

• Keen interest in relationship building & management and event coordination

• Detail-minded with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Good research, analytical, and writing skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

• Prior experience in consulting/ multimedia/ graphic design knowledge is a plus
