You will support the development of competency-based hiring framework as an Human Resource Management Intern under People Matters Division.
[What you will be working on]
- Conduct research on best practices in competency-based hiring and frameworks across different sectors
- Develop a comprehensive competency-based hiring framework for the respective job profiles
- Analyse existing role profiles to identify core competencies and skill requirements
- Work with HR Business Partners or divisions to design competency assessment criteria
- Create competency based-interview guides and evaluation tools
- Develop implementation guidelines for hiring managers
- Provide administrative and logistical support where required
[What we are looking for]
Open to students from all disciplines; students with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration related courses are particularly encouraged to apply
Passionate about Human Resource Management, particularly in talent acquisition
Basic research skills
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Duration: 3 months
