Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage marketing data, including sorting and tracking event performance metrics (sign-ups, attendees, leads), updating lead database, assisting in compiling marketing metrics and KPIs, and supporting the team in preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
2. Content and Digital Support:
1) Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including social medias post, newsletter, and website.
2) Aid in the creation and production of marketing collaterals like posters, flyers, and sales materials.
3. Assist in planning and executing marketing events (webinars, seminars, tradeshows), including participant registration follow-up, on-site support, and post-event data collection.
4. Conduct market and competitor research to gather insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferred in Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field. Other fields are also considerable if strong willingness and resilience to new challenges.
2. Detail-oriented with strong data sorting and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (CET-6 or equivalent level).
5. Creative mindset, a passion to learn, and team oriented.
