Join our team and explore career opportunities that are tailor-made for you!</p><p> </p><p><p>Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.</p></p><p> </p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><p><p>Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:</p> <p>· Utilize effective communication skills in delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with</p> <p>the merchant group and general problem solving.</p> <p>· Oversees daily retail operations: including store maintenance, inventory, logistics and loss prevention.</p> <p>· Executes company initiatives and strategy at the retail level.</p> <p>· Works with visual merchandising and contractors to acquire fixtures and materials for projects.</p> <p>· Works with the IT department to manage the POS and other Retail-related information systems.</p> <p>· Efficiently manages all operational functions including receiving/back room, inventory, merchandising and</p> <p>store maintenance.</p> <p>· Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed.</p> <p>· Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising</p> <p>opportunities.</p> <p>· Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures utilizing training and</p> <p>guidance provided to support store management within this area.</p> <p>· Follow and implement local law/regulations and observation of HUGO BOSS standards regarding Health &</p> <p>Safety at all times.</p></p><p> </p><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><p><p>· Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience</p> <p>· 2-3 years of Operation Management experience</p> <p>· Effective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.</p> <p>· Ability to work with retail operating systems, handle the PC and scanning equipment.</p> <p>· Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills</p></p><p> </p><p><strong>Your benefits:</strong></p><p><ul> <li>International and inspirational working environment</li> <li>Career progression opportunities</li> <li>Dynamic and inspirational work culture</li> <li>Flexible scheduling to meet lifestyle needs, with a competitive compensation program and a fun working environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The expected base pay rate range for this position is from $30/hr to $37/hr. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
