We are looking for a Project Coordination Assistant (CTO Office) to join our Research & Development team in Rehovot

 

The role includes providing ongoing support in the management and execution of R&D projects within the CTO Office
The position involves daily interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting project operations, documentation, procurement processes, and logistics activities

 


Main Responsibilities


:Working with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and customers


Preparing and handling contractual documents, economic proposals, SOWs, and NDAs
Managing ongoing communication, coordinating meetings, arranging access approvals, and handling related logistics


:Project operations and coordination with internal stakeholders


Opening purchase requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries
Monitoring working hours, procurement expenses, and project budgets
Assisting in preparing project documentation, presentations, and progress reports

 


Requirements

 

Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field — advantage
Technological or R&D orientation with basic familiarity in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or Materials — advantage
Excellent English — spoken and written (native level — advantage)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working professionally with internal and external interfaces
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
