Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers to build and test software solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Understand and assist in monitoring and improving cybersecurity protocols
Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting
Work alongside the business analyst team as they capture requirements and serve as the liaison between the business and IT team.
