The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will develop comprehensive project plans with the Project Controls department, covering scope, budget, schedule, and risk management also manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy policies and best practices.

2. You will monitor and control project financials, including invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow also identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

3. You will ensure all project activities comply with contractual agreements and Hitachi Energy policies also manage procurement of services, materials, and equipment, supporting Supply Chain Management in negotiations and claims management.

4. You will serve as the key point of contact for the customer, resolving project issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships also ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy’s health, safety, and environmental policies.

5. You will utilize project management processes and tools effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

2. Required with 2 years working experience in project management, coordination, or technical.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

4. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

6. Ability to work under pressure efficiently, open-minded, positive, and persistent.

7. PMP certificate is preferred.

8. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
