Job Purpose:

Risk Management: 2nd line of Defense CEVA Risk

Management’s primary objectives are to protect business goals, capitalize on opportunities and safeguard company's reputation. It brings a structured approach to identify, assess, evaluate, and prioritize risks as well as developing action plans to mitigate these risks. Risk Management acts as a business partner involving all key stakeholders comprehensively to support decision-making processes.

Internal Audit: 3rd line of Defense

The mission of internal audit is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing to management an independent, risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. To do so, internal audit deploys a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes. 

The Internal Audit & Risk Management apprentice will work in these teams. The apprentice will help to perform reviews and various assignments to enhance and protect organizational value by performing risk-based reviews and providing related value-added recommendations. 

The apprentice will be based at CEVA Global Head Office in Marseille and will be part of an international team of experienced professionals. 

Key Accountabilities:

1 Execute audit cycles, prepare audit reports & executive summaries (preparation, execution, reporting)

2 Set-up audit programs in the corporate audit tool (Diligent)

3 Participate in Risk Management assignments (interviews, minutes, presentation, Risk Mappings, reporting)

4 Set-up risks in the corporate Risk Management Tool (Diligent)

5 Participate to ad-hoc assignments & on-demand quality reviews requested by Internal Audit Director

6 Update the stage / apprenticeship handover handbook

7 Participate to audit missions in France and potentially abroad

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

Education & Qualifications: Master degree: Business School / Engineering. Specialization in Audit & Controls desirable.

Experience: Previous internship / apprenticeship experience in External Audit is a plus. 

Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Audit, Logistics

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Fluent English written / oral mandatory, Rigorous / Curious, Business oriented and professional mindset. Fluency in French and 3rd language is appreciated.
