We are looking for a Pastry Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury resort pastry kitchen and take their first step toward a rewarding career in pastry arts. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced pastry chefs, understand high-end dessert operations, and develop the skills that will shape your future in hospitality.

 

What you will do

  • Assist with the preparation of pastries, desserts, plated creations, and baked goods under the guidance of experienced pastry chefs
  • Support the mise en place, organization, and execution of pastry operations across the resort’s outlets and events
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in the pastry kitchen
  • Gain exposure to inventory, ingredient handling, and teamwork required in a luxury culinary environment
  • Receive structured mentorship and practical training to understand the pace, precision, and creativity required in a luxury pastry kitchen
  • Currently studying Culinary Arts and required to complete an internship as part of your studies
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work as part of a team
