We are seeking a Kitchen Trainee who is eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a luxury resort kitchen and take their first meaningful step toward a culinary career. This is your chance to work alongside talented chefs, explore the inner workings of a high-end kitchen, and develop the skills that will shape your future in hospitality.

What you will do

  • Assist with preparation, mise en place, and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs
  • Support multiple kitchen sections, including cold and hot stations, gaining a full view of kitchen operations
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization
  • Gain exposure to inventory management, ingredient handling, and teamwork required in a luxury culinary environment
  • Receive mentorship and structured on-the-job training to understand the pace, precision, and creativity of a luxury resort kitchen
  • Currently studying Culinary Arts and required to complete an internship as part of your studies
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Staff accommodation and meals
