About the Role


Title: Marketing Internship

Location: North Sioux City, SD

Reports to: Director of Marketing 

Time Frame: May 2026 - August 2026

Job Description: Sterling is a fast-growing, award-winning technology company focused on hardware, software, and technology services for Government, Education and Commercial customers. Sterling is looking for a motivated, professional-minded student who is interested in working to support our Marketing department.  The Marketing internship is a paid full-time seasonal position starting in mid-May and ending in mid-August. 

Required Technical Skills: Interested students should have strong computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Basic knowledge of using video equipment and design/editing programs desired, but not required.

Required Education/Experience: Interested students should be currently enrolled in a college degree program. Candidates for the Internships must be entering their college Junior or Senior year. Candidate’s course of study must pertain to the Internship position to which they are applying.

  • Basic knowledge of using video equipment, and design/editing programs desired, but not required 
  • Capable of working in a high-paced, demanding environment
