Haskell’s Marketing Intern will work closely with Marketing leaders to contribute to marketing activities, resources and schedules for positive, creative and successful delivery of content for internal and external release as well as projects by assignment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with research and coordination of marketing materials, presentations and social media collateral.
  • Writes / edits content for review / release.
  • Actively collaborates with members of the Corporate Marketing team as well as internal customers.
  • Reseaches, designs, writes, edits various proposal / business development documents,  including brochures, flyers, postcards, project profiles, advertisements, etc.
  • Organizes and prepares reports that include statistics and data analysis.
  • Coordinates public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows) via collaboration with others.
  • Tracks and maintains internal group database.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Pursuit of a Marketing, Communications or similar degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience with desktop publishing and editing software (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
  • Knowledge of database concepts.
  • Time management skills - reviews items promptly and has the ability to adjust accordingly.
  • Ability to work within group and project teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven.
  • Ability to work independently.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
