Responsibilities

A summer intern supporting security systems and policies will assist the Security team with maintaining and improving the organization’s protective controls. Key responsibilities include helping monitor security systems for alerts or irregular activity, supporting risk assessments and policy reviews, and assisting with the documentation and updating of security procedures. The intern may also help coordinate access control requests, contribute to incident response activities under supervision, and participate in projects aimed at strengthening physical and information security. This role provides hands‑on experience with security operations while reinforcing best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior in College
  • Major: Homeland Security, Engineering, Political Science, or Criminal Justice

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The US hourly rate for this position is $25.
