About the Role
General Summary

We are currently seeking Interns for our location in in Queens, NY locations.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and successfully complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service support, including interaction with residents as well as internal and external parties
  • Maintain and prepare various status reports and track payments, inventory, permits, maintenance schedules and inspections.
  • Work with web-based operation and financial software programs.
  • Obtain knowledge to comply with all company, local, state and federal safety regulation (i.e., Department of Health, Department of Building, etc); prepare documentation to file for extension to correct disputes or resolve violations and file certifications of completion.

Qualifications:   

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Completed sophomore year required.
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
