About the Role

2026 Summer Intern

 

Location:

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 99 S. Oakland Ave., Pasadena, 91101.

 

Department Details:

The Business and Member Marketing Department focuses on supporting growth across the business cycle. The teams support enterprise functions that address attracting new customers and brokers, driving commercial membership growth, and retaining both customers and members.

 

Internship Projects:

This intern will join the Commercial Growth Second Sale Team as we look to improve our ability to attract prospective members into our lead nurture pipeline. This intern will help explore how we might better collect contact info from commercial shoppers (leads) in more modern ways. Responsibilities will include: research into best in class or innovative methods for collecting leads; working with the lead management team to understand current capabilities and brainstorm future ideas; propose a pilot program or A/B testing format for how we improve lead capture at events.

Marketing; Liberal Arts; Public Relations and Communications

 

Target Skillset:

Excellent communication, problem solving, market research, basic analytics.

  • Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • 3.0 GPA or above
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
